Tags on gaming sites.

This is the game on Armorgames. As you can see, the main categories are at the top. SHSD only lines up with one of these 7 categories. I think adding the tags i circled would help to get a lot more attention to the game. Those tags at the top are most visible, and most likely to be clicked on.

In addition, on Kongregate, there are two extra tags the game could potentially have and justifiably fit into that it simply doesn't. These tags aren't as bad as the missing Armorgames ones, but they still could provide some help.

Because for games, especially money making mmo games, you have to share the royalties with the site that hosts them, or pay some kind of fee.

Putting it on extra sites would cost extra dollars. But it would theoretically be free to add tags to the game.

Glad someone noticed it. I'm a main site player and am not aware of the tags.

It all depends on the contract both sides have agreed on. may be 0.5% of the income per-day. Or even more.

I don't know what it would cost to promote on facebook, but i know it's usually a decent little chunk of change. Probably more than specific game hosting sites, because facebook promotes news stories, clickbait articles, and all sorts of other things besides games too.

RE: Tags on gaming sites.
He wasn't a patreon, and i never knew him to donate to the game, so i can't really say it was that massive of a loss.

I don't even see him on forums, and never knew him to fight in war room, create gear, or quest towns to keep them safe. So i can't say the community took a big loss either.

But maybe i just didn't know him well enough to say.
